We're searching for a Senior Systems Analyst for IT Asset Management. someone who works well in a fast-paced setting. In this position, as Senior Systems Analyst, you will have a major role in developing IT Asset Management solutions through assets lifecycles and compliance with the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) frame work. You will be responsible for interpreting and responding to all IT Asset Management CMDB/SACM data and communication workflows tasks, transactions, and training within our integrated Service Management system. You will also be responsible for making recommendations regarding policies and procedures associated with the job's purpose and essential duties. Lastly, you will be in the positon for routine decision making include those regarding hardware and software asset reconciliations, asset utilization, compliance, and purchasing through the integrated Delivery Systems of the Strategic plan and JCAHO standards.

Job Duties & Responsibilities
Work closely with Service Owners, Product Teams and Service Delivery Teams to establish ITAM and business requirements for data gathering to ensure SACM/CMDB remains as the true data source
Responsible for all data implementation processes, configuration, and maintaining all CMDB (Configuration Management Database) work instructions and activities
Facilitates and supports the system installation through the implementation cycle
Facilitates design analysis with users to determine configuration for the user interface
Specifies the design decisions in an accurate and testable manner for developers and database analysts
Identifies and documents the data sources, recipients, and interfaces that need to be developed to support
data collection and maintenance (including data conversion requirements and how start-up data will be collected for
Analyzes system problems, modifications, and asset data quality
Coordinates the upgrade schedules with vendors and users across the Integrated Delivery System
Assists with upgrades and testing
Skills & Requirements
High School Diploma/GED
Five years of experience in information systems selection, implementation and/or support
Knowledge of current ITAM business practices and computing systems, interfaces, and Hospital standard IT assets
Experience in both hardware and software assets, along with configuration management as well as knowledge of IT service management process
Familiar with the following discovery products including Microsoft SCCM, ServiceNow Asset Management; reconciliation of discovery data in ServiceNow eDiscovery Scan Tool
Any of the combined may offset the experience requirement above:
A degree in computer science, business administration, healthcare administration or other medical or information technology.
Bachelor's degree = four (4) years
Master's degree = two (2) years
