We are searching for a Program Support Coordinator – someone who works well in a fast-paced setting. In this position, you’ll independently perform routine administrative support and coordinate projects including specialized planning, organizing, scheduling and tracking duties related to departmental needs. You will also help analyze and track results of efforts. You will also be responsible to establishes close working relationships with stakeholders, key colleagues and vendors who provide services and information. Lastly, you will maintain an understanding of department operational priorities.

Responsibilities :


  • Prepares necessary information in support of annual planning for upcoming meetings/events
  • Request materials/documentation for projects, including but not limited to appeals, mailings, announcements, emails, and other required forms
  • Coordinate input from manager and other internal/external to create a detailed project plan for each effort
  • Take and prepare minutes from meetings
  • After training, show proficiency using department software
  • Captures information pertinent to projects
  • Format/Print pre-built reports as requested
  • May arrange for translators/interpreters for patient and/or provider interactions for department events
  • May submit receipts for deposits and petty cash reimbursements requests to manager for approval as needed
  • Responsible for meeting logistics including but not limited to conference room scheduling and set up, checking out AV’s prior to course start, setting up break area, setting up registration area etc.


  • Associate degree in health related or business administration
  • Two years of administrative and/or program support experience (A Bachelor’s degree may substitute for the two years of required experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree is preferred
  • Three years of project management experience is preferred
  • Knowledge of routine office procedures, services provided by this department and secretarial duties, scheduling and equipment inventory
  • Good communication skills with both professional and nonprofessional people
