We are searching for an Epic Analyst Level II concentrating on MyChart coupled with experience using Web Build – someone who works well in a fast-paced multi-hospital setting. In this position, you’ll support all phases of a system implementation or upgrades and provide production services such as recommending improvements to strategy, system usage, or process through the application of business and technology skill sets. All of these functions will be in the Epic application MyChart including experience with Web Build. Would be great to also have a working knowledge of Open/Direct scheduling, Fast pass, and e-Checkin.
This role reviews, analyzes, and modifies programming systems including configuration, testing, debugging, and documenting Epic MyChart applications. Additionally, you will consult with customers to identify current operation procedures and to clarify program objectives. Other responsibilities include workflow administration, data management and performing minor modifications to the application. You must be familiar with Web Build to help adjust what parents and patients see when they log onto our system to relay accurate information.
You must be technically proficient with Epic MyChart, and have utilized Web Build before. Communication with internal customers will be a key component as well, as you will be talking with the staff in clinics, physicians, people in marketing, and others. You will be joining a small team that works well together. This role is based on-site at the hospital in our Feigin building.
