We are searching for a Systems Analyst— someone who works well in a fast-paced setting. In this position, you'll be developing clinical/business solutions by investigating processes to understand data and communications flow with individual tasks and transactions within the Integrated Delivery System. You will be providing tier 1 software support maintaining internal systems. Lastly, you will be responsible for adding technical expertise during implementation of a new system.

Responsibilities :

  • Translates users’ needs into detail requirement specifications



  • Supports the system installation through the implementation cycle



  • Performs configuration analysis for system design associated with small and less complex projects



  • Analyzes system problems and modifications



  • Coordinates implementation and upgrades of systems




  • H.S. Diploma or GED



  • 4 years of experience in information systems



  • Experience in Help Desk



  • A mover and shaker: someone that is proactive and can make things happen and is committed to their task



  • Great customer service Experience



  • Bachelor’s degree will substitute four (4) years of work experience



  • Master’s degree will substitute for two (2) years of work experience



  • CLINICAL EXPERIENCE: Up to one (1) year of clinical patient care and/or clinical research experience may substitute for Xthe one (1) year of required information systems experience on a month to month basis
