We are searching for a Radiology Supervisor – someone who works well in a fast-paced setting. In this position, you’ll be responsible for ensuring seamless patient care and campus operations that fosters family centered care. You will supervise the activities of the Department of Radiology to ensure the performance of quality routine and specialized procedures in a cost effective manner while ensuring quality patient care. This role is responsible for the facilitation of patient flow to and through the department, while directly supervising all technical and support employees for the Department of Radiology. This position supervises 5-20 technologists and 3 support staff FTE's. You will also be responsible for the preparation required for successful Joint Commission (JC) and American College of Radiology (ACR).

  • Technical diploma from a formal diagnostic Radiology program is required
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a Healthcare of Management related field is preferred
  • Any ARRT certification issued by the American Registry of Radiologic Technology
  • CMRT from the Texas Medical Board; or CNMT from the Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board; or CT-NMTCB from the Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board; or RDMS from the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography
  • 3 years of clinical experience in Radiology is required
  • 1 year of formal supervisory experience is preferred
