We are searching for a Director of Audiology — someone who works well in a fast-paced setting. In this position, you'll plan, direct, and maintain activities that promote the mission and philosophy for system Audiology Services.

Responsibilities :

  • Direct system audiology operations to ensure the delivery of safe, high quality, age-appropriate, care and/or service within a family-centered care environment
  • Assist in leading the practice council and the education coordinators in the development of new system initiatives, necessary training and ensuring best practice is performed at each location of care
  • Assure the delivery of cost effective care and/or service, appropriate management and justification of resources
  • Ensure the creation of a work climate that fosters employee satisfaction and organizational commitment through regular interaction with Medical Director of Audiology, managers, community leaders, and providers
  • Develop and implement system priorities that enhance the organization's strategic and programmatic growth plan
  • Ensure the provision of effective training and development opportunities for staff and leader


  • Doctorate in Audiology
  • Master's Degree in Healthcare Administration or Business Administration preferred
  • TXAUDLIC - Texas Audiology License from the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (or Texas Department of State Health if issued prior to 2017)
  • CCC-A - Cert-Audiology from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association
  • ABA-CERT - Cert-Audiology from the American Board of Audiology
  • 5 years of Clinical pediatric audiology experience in a hospital setting
  • 5 years of Formal management experience
