We are searching for a Project Manager focused on workforce planning, you will play an integral role in the planning, tracking, and reporting of human capital resources across the organization. In this position, you will use your strategic and analytical capabilities to align the organization’s vision to workforce planning processes that analyze current staffing conditions and forecast resource needs. This role partners and consults with a broad range of audiences, including executive leadership, operational leaders, and business units.

Responsibilities :

  • Synthesizes data to evaluate, assess, forecast, and address projected workforce needs to meet current and future organizational goals
  • Contributes to diagnostic and reactive workforce planning activities to address business issues or inquiries
  • Develops and promotes innovative methodologies for workforce forecast models
  • Consults with executive leadership to address complex, high level strategic workforce planning challenges and opportunities
  • Collaborates and works effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Proactively tailors work products, communications, and style to leadership and a broad range of specific audiences
  • Develops executive summaries and gives presentations to executive leadership
  • Familiarity with and knowledge of HR Systems, structures and practices and labor management structures, contracts, and processes





  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Finance, Business Administration, Biology or other business, healthcare or science field
  • 4 years of experience in Business, Project, or Healthcare with a strong background in Finance is required 
  • Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Finance, Business Administration, Biology or other business, healthcare or science field can be substituted for two (2) years of experience


Preferred Qualifications:


  • 4-6 years of experience in corporate financial analysis, human capital planning, or workforce planning / analysis capability
  • Strong analytical thinker able to help structure and independently drive strategic workforce planning projects
  • Advanced analytical skills to conduct and interpret quantitative and qualitative analysis; experience providing insight into data trends and relationships
  • Strong financial acumen of the connection between labor and business budgets
  • Strong user of Microsoft Office applications including Word and PowerPoint
  • Advanced user of MS Excel
  • Experience working with PeopleSoft or other Workforce Planning / Talent Management software
  • Strong program / project management skills with a proven ability to collaborate with and achieve actionable results through others
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written) and ability to effectively manage up messaging to an executive audience
