We are searching for a Supply Chain Management Tech III – someone who works well in a fast-paced setting. In this position, you’ll ensure the proper inventory management, stocking and delivery of equipment and supplies throughout assigned areas. To ensure the highest level of customer service, timely delivery and proper handling of medical/surgical supplies, durable medical equipment, and emergency supplies and code carts, in accordance with professional and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities :

  • Inventory maintenance, including Durable Medical Equipment (DME) and/or PAR
  • Performs customer service role
  • Overstock maintenance, cleaning, and other duties as assigned
  • Receives incoming supplies from vendors, warehouse, and or Central Distribution
  • Data entry


  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Five (5) years medical materials handling/distribution experience or mail/transportation experience, with extensive experience in automated receiving or distribution
  • Preferred Qualification: Previous customer service experience and Valid Driver’s License; Drivers licenses are verified and maintained based on hospital policy
  • Knowledge of medical inventory and distribution procedures in an automated environment
  • Extensive understanding of automated dispatching processes and the ability to generate reports from inventory and tracking systems
