Summary:

We are searching for a Senior Executive Assistant with experience supporting a team of leaders in an investment office– someone who works well in a fast-paced setting. In this position, you will perform a variety of complex, confidential duties requiring the exercise of discretion and independent judgment in the Office of the Senior Vice President (SVP).

Responsibilities :

  • Functions as a problem solver and decision maker and enables the Executive and team to be more efficient
  • Coordinates special projects assigned by Executive
  • Coordinates travel plans for Executive and team as required
  • Coordinates meetings, conventions reservations and events as needed
  • Performs other essential office duties


Qualifications:

  • H.S. Diploma or GED
  • 7 years of administrative experience, preferably supporting executive team members
  • College coursework may be substituted on a year-for-year basis: Associate’s degree may count for 2 years of experience, Bachelor’s degree for 4 years of experience, Master’s degree for 6 years of experience
