We are searching for an Employee Relations Consultant — someone who works well in a fast-paced collaborative team setting. In this position, you'll act as an expert on employee relations issues.

Responsibilities :

  • Conduct investigations of sexual harassment, discrimination, gross misconduct, or other allegations 

  • Coordinate the Employee Problem Solving (EPS) process and ensures that all steps are followed 

  • Respond to unemployment claims and conduct telephone hearings maintaining documentation 

  • Collects and reports on background information




  • Strong knowledge and skills in Human Resources (HR) 
  • Previous experience as an HR Generalist or HRBP is preferred 
  • Advance ability in using MS Word and Excel 
  • Strong time management and communication skills 
  • A desire and ability to work collaboratively on a team
