We are searching for a Marketing Production & Traffic Specialist – someone who works well in a fast-paced setting. In this position, you will support Marketing and Public Relations' teams by managing project traffic, developing and maintaining relationships with cross-functional departments and services for coordination of marketing-related activities and performing production-related work when needed.

Responsibilities :

Job Duties & Responsibilities


  • Perform production-related projects and tasks on behalf of Marketing and Public Relations within specified timeframes and budgets
  • Maintains familiarity with vendors and knows their capabilities
  • Works with in-house designers, writers and photographers as well as Materials Management to obtain, organize and help evaluate bids for printing and design projects
  • Manages workflow of internal communications projects including maintaining project list and distributing collateral
  • Responsible for producing, fact-checking, obtaining approvals and releasing global emails, executive communications and other internal communications
  • Updates Connect intranet content, including copy, photos and captions, partnering with Web team and Internal Communications team



Skills & Requirements


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism, Communications, English, or a related field
  • 3 years of marketing or corporate communications experience

****Previous Advertising Agency Experience Highly Preferred****
