We are searching for a Senior Financial Analyst — someone who works well in a fast-paced setting. In this position, you'll assist in maintaining the financial and statistical records of the hospital, ensuring that executives, management and the Board can continuously measure performance relative to its goals and strategies.

Responsibilities :

  • Ensure that membership and revenues are reported accurately and appropriately
  • Ensure that medical expenses are calculated and recorded in accordance with hospital policy
  • Ensure that data is reconciled between different information systems, and between different reporting standards
  • Analyze and report performance by department, product line, or time frame as needed by management
  • Prepare reports and analysis required for financial or regulatory purposes
  • Other assistance as needed to ensure successful departmental operations 


  • Bachelor's Degree in accounting, finance, or business administration
  • 5 years of finance, accounting or analytical work experience
  • A Master's degree maysubstitute for two years of the required experience.
