We are searching for a Financial Analyst – someone who works well in a fast-paced hospital setting. In this position, you’ll assist leadership in collecting and analyzing key operational, financial and market research information that can be used to create actionable reports and business plans. We are looking for someone with outstanding analysis and communication skills who can work with all levels of authority, ranging from departmental stakeholders to executives.

Responsibilities :

  • Analyzes and interprets data from various sources including internal financial and patient databases, and external market research sources
  • Assists in preparation of actionable reports and business plans by engaging with administrative and clinical leadership to synthesize data and develop analytical models 
  • Maintains positive relationships and works collaboratively with other departments and administrative leaders to prepare work products appropriate for varied stakeholders
  • Performs market research and gathers information on best practices in response to executive requests
  • Performs special projects as requested by supervisor


  • Bachelor’s degree with a major in Finance or Accounting, or related business field
  • A minimum of one (1) year financial or accounting experience
  • Basic knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), knowledge of budgeting processes and principles, and knowledge of financial analysis and reporting principles
  • Ability to use Microsoft applications including Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing is essential
