We are searching for a Risk Management Analyst — someone who works well in a fast-paced setting. In this position, you'll be responsible for claims handling, administration, and reporting for the Professional and General Liability, Directors and Officers, Employment Practices, Managed Care Errors and Omissions, Cyber, Terrorism, Storage Tank, Security Guard, Worker's Compensation lines of insurance coverage and all other lines as needed.

Responsibilities :

  • Develops and maintains reports, including the loss runs documenting current/historical financial claims activity and trends for presentation to upper level management, Risk Management and Insurance Committee, Insurance Company Ltd (CTCHICO) Board, insurance underwriters and hospital committees as requested by the Director of Risk Management
  • Responsible for the collection and consolidation of data
  • Ensures that all pertinent data is analyzed and reported accurately for review with the Director of Risk Management the Vice President/General Counsel
  • Participates in projects that require data from any of the Risk Management systems including patients, medical staff, employees, visitors, contractors, volunteers, etc. or related to equipment, leased or owned properties
  • Supports the implementation, security and training of system-wide software to the hospital’s internal users
  • Prepares and completes requisitions for payment of insurance premiums in a timely fashion


  • H.S. Diploma or GED
  • 5 years of experience in worker's compensation and/or professional liability claims, brokerage account service, or analytics
