Summary:

We are searching for an Accountant Assistant II — someone who works well in a fast-paced setting. In this position, you'll assist management in transactions processing and the accumulation of supporting documentation, as well as to analyze data from accounting information systems.

Responsibilities :

  • Reviews data for proper approvals and coding
  • Progress & record Accounts Payable activity to the system in accordance with policies and procedures
  • Distributes financial information as assigned
  • Reviews assigned accounts for accuracy and reconciles to appropriate documentation


Qualifications:

  • HS Diploma or equivalent
  • 1 year of accounts payable or business related experience
