We are searching for a Senior Revenue Cycle Liaison— someone who works well in a fast-paced setting. In this position, you will be assigned to sections that are considered larger and more complex, and have a moderate to a large number of providers and services to oversee and manage. This role is responsible for the overall management, monitoring, and influence of all aspects of the revenue cycle for the services/sections that are assigned to them. This position requires a proactive problem solver, adept at investigating through analytical and process-oriented means. You will identify areas of opportunity to ultimately improve and maximize collections for clinical services rendered by the organization’s providers.

Responsibilities :

  • Maintains revenue cycle knowledge and expertise, and communicates that knowledge to physicians and other internal customers
  • Manage key revenue cycle performance indicators (KPIs) through data-driven analytics for large, complex sections with a larger number of providers and services to oversee and manage
  • Builds partnerships through collaboration and team-based methodologies
  • Coordinates and/or directs process improvement opportunities
  • Drives tangible and measurable improvements of key processes through the leadership, training, and mentoring of the team
  • Develops overall industry expertise
  • Supports preparation of annual revenue projections budget for large, complex sections


  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, health information management, healthcare administration, applied sciences, communications, or other business or healthcare-related fields required
  • Master’s degree in business administration, healthcare administration, or a related field preferred
  • 4 additional years of work experience in either contracting, collections, provider relations, or eligibility area within a healthcare or managed care organization may be substituted for the bachelor’s degree requirement
  • 2 years of analytical and/or communications experience, including at least one year of revenue cycle experience required
