We are searching for an Occupational Health Nurse – someone who works well in a fast-paced setting. In this position, you will provide quality and comprehensive nursing care to employees for occupational and non-occupational injuries and illnesses which includes assessment, intervention, and evaluation. To provide health maintenance and health promotion to ensure that employees are able to successfully perform their job requirements. Coordinate employee testing and immunization programs. Utilize electronic medical record and other computer programs to accurately track, analyze and report on employee health data.

Responsibilities :

  • Conducts pre-placement health assessments
  • Provides acute injury and illness treatment for non-occupational events
  • Provides assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation follow-up of occupational injury or illness
  • Provides an employee immunization and testing program
  • Conducts wellness programs for employees
  • Maintains confidential documents of Employee Health records
  • Evaluates effectiveness and scope of Employee Health services
  • Conducts medical surveillance


  • Associate's Degree, Technical diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
  • RN - Lic-Registered Nurses from Texas State Board of Nursing
  • BLS - Cert-Basic Life Support from American Heart Association (beginning 02/19/18)
