We are searching for a Motion Analyst/Sports Performance Specialist – someone who works well in a fast-paced setting. In this position, you’ll be performing motion analysis testing, training and research. Primarily, this role will be responsible for ensuring proper motion analysis laboratory operations as well as maintaining data systems while providing technical guidance and training on laboratory integrity, all while delivering the optimal quality care in a family centered environment.

Responsibilities :

  • Ensuring the quality of machinery and equipment by performing routine quality control checks, backing up files and assisting in digital conversion of video files
  • Work with the motion analysis staff to collect data and participate in research projects and patient studies
  • Prepares and participates in movement analysis testing while providing quality and time efficient care of patients with minimal discomfort
  • Delivering results and reports to the appropriate provider for final analysis
  • Assist in training and education of new equipment and methodologies to the MAL department
  • Adhering to hospital policy as it relates to appropriate documentation and reporting on all patient/personal injury or unsafe situations
  • Anticipating needs of department and patients


  • A Master’s Degree in biometrics, exercise physiology, neuroscience, kinesiology, athletic training or movement science is required
  • Experience in the motion analysis field preferred
