We are searching for a Manager of Annual Giving — someone who works well in a fast-paced setting. In this position, you'll lead a team and program(s) that create opportunities for the Office of Philanthropy to better cultivate new prospects, steward existing donors, and/or help engage donors in strategic ways that help secure funds, ensure donor retention, and

progressively upgrade level of giving and involvement. In this role you may be responsible for the management of a targeted portfolio of assigned, qualified prospects and donors, and/or management of assigned organizational priorities/service lines.

Responsibilities :

Lead the Ambassadors Program

  • Supervise Mid-Level Donor Advisor;
  • Focus on recruiting corporate Ambassador members;
  • Carry a portfolio of Ambassador members;
  • Plan and implement Family Fun Day and Holiday Parties in Houston and The Woodlands

Lead the Mid-Level Giving Program

  • Gift level is $10,000 - $100,000;
  • Supervise Mid-Level Donor Advisor focused on mid-level giving;
  • Carry a portfolio of mid-level donors with an emphasis on annual giving;
  • Coordinate with the emerging donors team to upgrade donors;
  • Assist Events team with securing event sponsorships 


  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 5 years Fundraising or related work experience (direct mail, special events, or marketing)
  • 7 years Fundraising or related work experience (direct mail, special events, or marketing) is preferred
