We are searching for a Traffic/Production Specialist— someone who works well in a fast-paced setting. In this position, you'll advance the philanthropic marketing and communications strategy to achieve the organization's fundraising goals. This person will manage creative and communication project traffic while coordinating production.

Responsibilities :

  • Manages project workflow, including maintaining task and project lists, assessing team workload to determine task assignments, coordinating project deadlines and budgets, and organizing relevant department resources to keep projects on schedule
  • Coordinates production schedule for Philanthropy publications and leads traffic process for content
  • Edits and updates existing text, design, and web documents as part of the proofing process
  • Works in web-based content management system to update existing content
  • Works closely with fundraising colleagues to help drive and support processes and programs that impact the team’s ability to effectively secure funds
  • Leads and drives response for Office of Philanthropy priority initiatives


  • Bachelor’s degree in journalism, communications, English, or a related field
  • 3 years of marketing or corporate communications experience
