Summary:

We are searching for a Compensation Analyst — someone who works well in a fast-paced setting and has strong analytical and data management skills, including advanced knowledge of Excel and Powerpoint. The ideal candidate will be able to work with large sets of data, look beyond the numbers, and understand the impact across the organization

Responsibilities :

In this position, you'll plan, implement, and assist in the management of the compensation administration across the organization, including but not limited to: 

 

  • Maintains compliance with organizational policies and procedures, Joint Commission guidelines, and Federal regulations related to compensation
  • Maintains/analyzes data for compensation programs and policies
  • Performs job evaluation activities and prepares, researches, and finalizes information for the compensation approval process
  • Administers the salary system and merit review process for individuals
  • Determines salary offers for new hires and internal applicants; Administers merit increases, ensuring accurate and timely processing of staff merit increases across the organization
  • Coordinates survey participation with HR Assistant and Senior Compensation Analysts
  • Participates actively on teams and/or committees 


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree is required - Human Resources Administration, Business Administration, or a related business administration discipline is preferred 
  • 6 months of business, finance, or analyst experience (healthcare operations experience is preferred)
  • Experience with PeopleSoft, MarketPay, JDXpert, and/or Kronos is preferred
