We are searching for an Application Development Manager for Enterprise Systems — someone who works well in a fast-paced setting. In this position, you'll be responsible for specified services identified in the Business and Technical Application Services. In the role of Application Development Manager, you will be expected to maintain technical performance within agreed upon service levels, manage and develop service, continuously improve the quality of application performance and service, and work with Leadership to implement and retire services.

Responsibilities :



  • Manages and develops service


  • Ensures customer service


  • Oversees incident resolution


  • Manages system operations


  • Ensures coordination with established policies, procedures and standards








  • Bachelor's Degree in computer science or other related field


  •  ITIL 3 - ITIL Version 3 Foundation Exam


  •  5 years of experience in information systems selection, implementation or support


  • Management experience
