We are searching for Senior Communications Specialist – someone who works well in a fast-paced setting. In this position, you’ll be responsible for writing, editing and creating content for internal and external communications using digital methods, as well as print.

Responsibilities :

  • Guide, coordinate and collaborate with designers, photographers, videographers and other creative specialists to produce print and digital projects
  • Attend events for internal and external reporting, and coordinating with creative teams, public relations professionals and event managers to ensure proper coverage on important hospital news and events
  • Develop strategic communication plans and presentations for promoting and advancing the organization’s vision and initiatives
  • Manage content for assigned publications by taking ownership of production schedules, ensuring project parameters are met
  • May provide or contribute to executive communications for CEO, clinical leadership teams, and leaders throughout the organization


  • A Bachelor’s Degree is required, as well as at least 3 years of experience in the related fields such as news media, corporate communications and/or publishing
  • Strong oral communication, vocabulary and grammar skills, such as AP writing style
  • Exceptional writing skills
  • The ability to organize complex information into logical and easy to understand communication
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, such as Word, Power Point, Excel and Project
  • Social media management experience also a plus
