We are searching for an EpicCare Link Senior Systems Analyst. In this position, you'll support all phases of an operational processes and ticket demands, along with supporting tasks related to EpicCare Link upgrade project/provide production services.

Candidate will already be in a like role in EpicCare Link. Will be in a live environment.

Candidate will be an expert in EpicCare Link and be the acting SME and have experience such as recommending improvements to strategy, system usage, or process through the application of business and technology skill sets.


You will consult with users/work groups to identify current operating procedures and to clarify program objectives. Additional responsibilities include workflow administration, data management and performing minor modifications to the application.

Responsibilities :

  • Responsibilities:

    • Strong EpicCare Link experience
    • Provide high level Ticket Demand Support
    • Go-getter who can seek and resolve ticket demands and customer requested enhancements
    • Work on assigned projects
    • Interact with user’s to completion of ticketed issue
    • Evaluate Epic Requests from business units/users. Address/facilitate user request to implement and determine if practical and or provider alternate solution to issue.
    • Translates users’ needs into detail requirement specifications
    • Supports the system installation through the implementation cycle
    • Performs configuration analysis for system design-associated, medium-sized projects of average complexity
    • Analyzes system problems and modifications
    • Coordinates implementation and upgrades of complex systems


    • H.S. Diploma or GED required, Bachelor’s degree preferred
    • EpicCare Link Certification preferred
    • 9 years of experience in Computer Science, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or Nursing
    • Expert in EpicCare Link
    • MyChart experience strongly preferred

Education Offset

Bachelor’s degree will substitute four (4) years of work experience, Master’s degree will substitute for an additional two (2) years of work experience


Two (2) years of clinical patient care and/or clinical research experience may substitute for up to two (2) years of information systems experience
