Summary:

We are searching for Technical Support Analyst II – someone who works well in a fast-paced setting. In this position, you’ll provide complex system-level support of multi-user operating systems, software tools and installation, configuration, maintenance, design and plans systems. You may serve as a team lead and will need to be proficient at prioritizing workload.

Responsibilities :

  • Responding to client inquiries concerning system operation, diagnostics of system hardware and software
  • Participate as a member of project teams, providing detailed project plans
  • Be point of contact to recommend and execute viable solutions based on current technology trends and standards
  • Ensure acceptable levels of system performance by providing in-depth technical assistance for department end-users
  • Staying up to date with technological advancements in the computer industry by attending classes to obtain certifications a related to your job functions
  • On-going analysis of current system conditions to ensure efficiency, providing recommendations for improvement
  • Provide training and documentation to other analyst as needed

 

 



Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in a technical or scientific discipline or a technical diploma with demonstrated career experience of at least 5 years is required
  • Knowledge of personal computer systems, common software application, multi-platform hardware configurations, communications software and mainframe connectivity software is also required
