We are searching for a Business Systems Analyst – someone who works well in a fast-paced setting. In this position, you’ll help develop clinical and business solutions by investigating processes to help understand data and communications flow with individual tasks and transactions and manage the ongoing maintenance of applications. You’ll also investigate processes to meet end-user needs, provide financial systems support, and coordinate system upgrades.

Responsibilities :


  • Collaborates with internal core stakeholders to identify system issues and process needs 
  • Ensure EMR and other systems are being optimized
  • Uses date to identify trends, patterns and opportunities for the business/clinical operations
  • Engages users in analysis and evaluation of function models and prototypes and identify dependencies
  • Supports continued system maintenance and optimization
  • Provides input on project upgrades
  • Reviews and tests systems for conformance to functional and performance requirements
  • Analyzes system problems and modifications
  • Communicates with vendors to address problems and resolutions





  • High School Diploma required
  • Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, business administration, healthcare administration, or nursing preferred
  • 2 years of experience in information systems preferred
  • Knowledge of current business practices, computing systems, and standard pharmacy software
  • Working knowledge of healthcare industry is required
  • Knowledge of Epic applications preferred
  • Project Management, planning, group presentation, team building, written and verbal communication, analytical, and organizational skills
  • Ability to analyze the functionality of systems and their fit with specifications, and the ability to work independently with minimum supervision
