We are searching for a Senior Organization Development Consultant – someone who works well in a fast-paced setting. In this position, you’ll assist in the growth and change of Texas Children’s through talent planning, employee development, and organizational consulting. You’ll help enhance employee engagement and help departments and individuals adapt to change. Key function of this role includes, project management, facilitation, diagnosing and improving human performance facilitation organizational change, coaching, measurement, evaluation and training delivery.

Responsibilities :

  • Leading organizational improvement efforts for executives, physicians, and all levels of leadership
  • Designing processes, tools, and interventions focused on improving operations and team performance
  • Lead talent planning and people development initiatives
  • Design and offer programs, tools, and resources focused on equipping performance in current and future roles
  • Coach and manage group dynamics working with individuals as well as teams
  • Serve as contributing member on at least on functional team per year
  • Identify opportunities for increase participation and involvement of HR team members


  • Knowledge of organizational development theory, tools, systems, and processes that support talent planning, people development, and organization growth and change
  • Technical and AV expertise
  • Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s preferred
  • 5 Years of experience required in Human Resources; Organizational Development; Business Administration or related field including working with senior leaders
