We are searching for a Real Estate Coordinator— someone who works well in a fast-paced setting. This position will coordinate the organization’s property management activities to support the needs of internal customers, internal stakeholders, tenants, and landlords. This role will provide transactional support and be responsible for reporting to the real estate team and organizational stakeholders.

Responsibilities :

  • Manages real estate’s property management responsibilities and activities
  • Coordinates organizational real estate lease administration, rent payable, and real estate tax payment functions
  • Provide real estate transaction services and transaction support consistent with responsibilities set forth in the departmental RACI matrix
  • Manages daily operations of department activities



  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate or Finance required
  • 4 years of experience in a real estate setting
  • Commercial or corporate real estate experience preferred
  • Lease administration experience strongly preferred
