We are searching for a Medical Writer, Grant Writing — someone who works well in a fast-paced setting. This position will be charged with writing, editing, and revising manuscripts for publication slides, presentations, and/or audiovisual materials as well as Grant Writing.

Responsibilities :

  • Drafts manuscripts
  • Supervises editing and revisions drafted by fellows, junior faculty, or third parties
  • Interpret medical data and maintain files on informative medical and scientific journal articles
  • Compile, write, and edit medical deliverables covering all phases of clinical research to be submitted to agencies, publications, or medical journals
  • Creates, compiles and revises the scientific portion of grants, including figures in various formats
  • Tracks and follows up on the status of ongoing projects
  • Obtains information needed for papers, slides, and grants by relevant research
  • Must be aware of current industry practices and regulatory requirements that affect medical writing.



  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 3 years’ experience in medical writing preferred
