We are in search of a Manager of Nursing for our Level 1 Trauma Program, to manage clinical and personnel activities for Trauma services. The Trauma Program Manager participates and serves as liaison in the coordination and the delivery of high quality, family centered and developmentally appropriate patient care across services areas. Has 24-hour accountability.
• Completes Performance Appraisals by established HR deadlines with documentation of mid-year coaching for direct
• Oversees the coordination of Trauma related events.
• Develops and modifies job descriptions.
• Participates in the gathering of data for approved process improvement projects. Successful completion is evidenced by
participation in meetings with internal stakeholders.
• Bachelors in Nursing (BSN) required, MSN preferred.
