Summary:

We are searching for a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist — someone who works well in a fast-paced setting. In this position, you will be a member of a team that leads the development and fulfillment of digital marketing strategies defined by department leadership, plan, direct, coordinate, and execute activities related to content, design, and user experience for websites.  Coordinate digital direct response campaigns and track performance with leadership. Interface with key stakeholders to ensure project objectives/designs are implemented and optimum customer experience is maintained. Experience with Blackbaud products, specifically Luminate Online is a must to be successful in this role!

Responsibilities :

  • Build and maintain web content for websites
  • Edit, write, and rewrite copy based on input from internal team members
  • Work alongside management, creative teams, outside vendors, and IS to develop deliverables
  • Ensure web content is optimized for online, engaging to the defined target audience and adheres to branding, voice and style
  • Promote online content and identify new ways to reach audiences online including: social media, online advertising, cross-linking opportunities, third-party site integration and SEO
  • Develop optimized, aesthetically-pleasing and user-friendly web sites and digital communications
  • Use knowledge of information architecture to create user-friendly site structure and navigation
  • Review metrics with Assistant Director of Marketing and Communications, such as Google Analytics and CMS reports, to determine ways to optimize, refine and improve websites and digital communications
  • Understands business objectives, gathers functional requirements and translates into compelling customer-centric designs
  • Provide web site analytical data to various departments and teams throughout the organization
  • Develop and drive online communications strategy to drive awareness, revenue, and programmatic support in partnership with direct response agency
  • Responsible for direct response fund raising
  • Optimize and support online channel
  • Assist Revenue Operations with troubleshooting any online transaction issues between the systems
  • Issue refunds, accept or decline chargebacks and review suspect transactions as needed.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • 3 years’ of interactive design experience including experience with email marketing, information architecture, user experience, web site development, and new media required
