Summary:

We are searching for a Philanthropy Coordinator – someone who works well in a fast-paced setting. This position will provide clerical support for department activities. Additionally, this role will be responsible for data management and budget support, and administrative support for meeting/event logistics in order to help secure philanthropic funds for the organization.

Responsibilities :

  • Handle correspondence and help coordinate communication support for assigned team member(s), especially those in the direct mail and digital fundraising programs
  • Help record donor/prospect data and activity in fundraising technology system as it pertains to supported programs
  • Monitor and support complex program budgets
  • Assists with planning for donor/prospect/volunteer/vendor group activities including meetings, tours, visits, etc.
  • Collaborate with Philanthropy Coordinator team and other colleagues to identify and create solutions for Office of Philanthropy process and team improvements


Qualifications:

  • H.S. Diploma or GED required
  • 2 years of administrative, program support, or related experience
  • Bachelor’s degree may substitute for two (2) years of work experience
  • Preferred experience in budgeting, accounting, excel, digital data management, and workflow management
