We are searching for a Senior Financial Analyst (Innovation & Business Planning) — someone who works well in a fast-paced setting. In this position, you’ll collaborate with administrative leadership and clinicians in supporting strategic development and innovative partnerships.

Responsibilities :

  • Understands pediatric innovation landscape and creates business plans to assess the potential commercialization of pediatric innovation
  • Performs market research and gathers information on best practices to drive system strategy
  • Analyzes and interprets data from various sources, including internal financial information and external market research to understand potential market impact of new offerings
  • Maintains positive relationships and works collaboratively with other departments and administrative leaders to prepare work products 
  • Provides project management and effectively collaborates with critical departments, e.g. IT, clinical and legal to advance pediatric innovation
  • Performs special projects as requested by supervisor


  • Bachelor's Degree in accounting, finance, or business administration
  • 5 years of finance, accounting or analytical work experience
  • A Master's degree may substitute for two years of the required experience.
