We are searching for a Senior Systems Analysts – someone who works well in a fast-paced setting. In this position, you’ll be responsible to review, analyze, and modify systems including configuration, testing, debugging, and documenting applications and consult with customers to identify current operation procedures and to clarify program objectives.

Responsibilities :

  • Developing application solutions by investigating processes to understand data and communication flow
  • Responsible for both new build and supporting existing Epic build and other patient access oriented applications like Bed Planning, Real Time Eligibility, patient work queues
  • Provide daily support making routine decisions including the evaluation of application problems and the implementation of their resolution
  • Make decisions regarding development of the design of the system and programs for enhancements and optimizations
  • Track, update, and resolve issues and participates proactively in issue prevention
  • Responsible for design, build, test, validate, install, modify, upgrade, train, documentation development and ongoing support of the Epic System for Grand Central and Prelude
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of the software, functionality and acquiring knowledge of work flows to be implemented on the system


  • High school diploma or GED
  • Bachelor’s degree desired
  • 9 years’ experience in hospital information systems (Epic)
  • Must have Epic certification in Grand Central (ADT) and Prelude
  • Bachelor’s degree will substitute four (4) years of work experience
  • Master’s degree will substitute for two (2) years of work experience
