Summary:

We are searching for a Senior Project Manager – someone who works well in a fast-paced hospital setting. As a Senior Project Manager focused on people-driven solutions, you will play an integral role in designing and executing critical projects and programs from business-driven Human Resources (HR) to innovative talent, leadership, and change programs. In this position, you will leverage research, analytics, and industry insights to contribute to HR transformation.

Responsibilities :

  • Works within and supports change management initiatives in areas such as strategic change, cultural change, and technology adoption
  • Provides leadership, decision analysis, subject matter expertise, and recommendations for various initiatives throughout the Human Resource Department
  • Manages and implements multi-faceted strategic and business-related initiatives
  • Develops project plans, drives project schedules, runs meetings, collaborates, and coordinates across stakeholders to achieve project goals
  • Synthesizes data from various internal and external sources to inform decisions and address needs to meet current and future organizational goals
  • Proactively tailors work products, communications, and style to leadership and a broad range of specific audiences
  • Collaborates and works effectively both independently and as part of a team


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or other related healthcare, business, or science field preferred
  • 5 years of relevant work experience, including two (2) years of experience managing medium to large-sized projects
  • Preferred Qualifications:
    • 5-7 years of experience in HR project management
    • Strong analytical thinking and ability to help structure and independently drive strategic projects
    • Strong skills with Microsoft Office applications including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
    • Strong communication skills (verbal and written) and ability to effectively manage up
  • A Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or other related healthcare, business, or science field may substitute for two (2) years of experience
