Summary:

We are searching for a Senior Administrative Assistant– someone who works well in a fast-paced setting. In this position, you’ll provide administrative and secretarial support.

Responsibilities :

  • Prepares and handles correspondence, memos, reports, presentations, and other documents for the Executive/Director
  • Coordinates schedules and projects
  • Responds to inquiries from parents, patients, visitors, hospital employees, and hospital leaders and determines the urgency of the situation, suggests appropriate referrals, or informs the Executive/Director when the situation warrants his/her attention
  • Performs other essential supportive functions
  • Handles incoming/outgoing mail
  • Arranges travel


Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 5 years of secretarial experience
  • Medical background
  • Some college highly preferred
