We are searching for a Control Systems Tech -- someone who works well in a fast-paced setting. In this position, you will perform demand and scheduled preventive maintenance, make revisions to the software and hardware operating systems, develop and run simulations of control loop performance, develop new control loops, install new controllers, develop and install new graphical interfaces of the facility equipment to primarily include Control Systems such as HVAC control systems, Building Automation Systems, Energy Management and monitoring systems, and associated systems in accordance with departmental, hospital and regulatory agency codes. Specific duties include maintaining facilities and equipment in hospital or clinic environment.

Responsibilities :

  • Perform preventative maintenance and repairs for control systems and associated systems and equipment to ensure a safe environment and operational reliability according to standards established by management team
  • Perform troubleshooting and problem solving maintenance duties for control systems and associated systems and equipment according to standards established by management team
  • Demonstrate technical knowledge depth for control systems and associated systems according to standards established by management team
  • Demonstrate accountability for customer service and professional behavior through personal work ethic and teamwork
  • Provides complete documentation as required by management and for authorities having jurisdiction (AHJ) specifically including but not limited to work order documentation
  • Defines preventative maintenance parameters and processes for new pieces of equipment


  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Factory trained in a DDC system’s programming language required
  • Building automation system experience required
  • Hospital experience preferred
  • Honeywell building automation system experience preferred
  • Commercial high-rise controls systems experience preferred
