We are searching for a Systems Analyst -- someone who works well in a fast-paced setting. In this position, you will develop clinical/business solutions by investigating processes to understand data and communications flow with individual tasks and transactions within Texas Children's Integrated Delivery System.

Responsibilities :

  • Translate users’ needs into detail requirement specifications
  • Data Collection and maintenance (including data coversion)
  • Database Analysts
  • Support the system installation through the implementation cycle
  • Perform configuration analysis for system design associated with small and less complex projects
  • Analyze system problems and modifications
  • Coordinate implementation and upgrades of systems
  • Assist users in determining specific requirements to increase system effectiveness
  • Provide input to project implementation plan
  • Facilitate design analysis with users to determine configuration for the user interface
  • Evaluate business procedures and problems for process improvement
  • Analyze impact on users and determines if additional training is required


Being fully vaccinated against COVID-19 is required for all employees at Texas Children’s, unless approved for a medical or religious exemption.

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 4 years’ experience in information systems required
  • Highly preferred: Bachelor's degree with five years' experience in Information Systems/technology
  • SQL, Data building, reports 
  • Qlikview/Qliksense/ Tableau
  • EDW/ Data Warehouse
  • Clarity/ SSMS/ SSIS/ Crystal Reports/ Python
  • SQL Server
