We are searching for a Senior Systems Analyst - Epic PB/HB/Contract Build– someone who works well in a fast-paced setting. In this position, you will develop business solutions by investigating processes to understand data and communication flow with individual tasks and transactions.


This position will focus on building contracts in Epic. For this role, relevant experience includes -

  • Epic Resolute Professional Billing
  • Epic Resolute Hospital Billing
  • Contract Builds
  • Epic Tapestry contract builds/configuration

Responsibilities :

  • Identify system and application needs and analyze current business practices, user needs, and work flow processes
  • Perform vendor analysis and make recommendations and investigate alternative solutions (including feasibility studies)
  • Establish project governance and facilitate steering and work meetings
  • Update and maintain the project implementation plan
  • Develop, schedule, and facilitate test plans for software, network, integration, user acceptance, and parallel usage
  • Prepare and perform procedures for downtime, end users, production, and the help desk
  • Develop training programs and materials for all user types
  • Obtain user acceptance and sign off based on functional and performance requests
  • Demonstrate efficiencies of new systems as well as identify the impacts and new dependencies
  • Facilitate design analysis with users to determine configuration for the user interface
  • Identify and document the data sources, recipients, and interfaces that need to be developed to support data collection and maintenance
  • Coordinate the upgrade schedules with vendors and users across the integrated delivery system
  • Arrange the appropriate resources for each project and assist with problems if they arise


  • Being fully vaccinated against COVID-19 is required for all employees unless approved for a medical or religious exemption
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 8 years major system design and implementation experience required
  • Bachelor’s degree will substitute four (4) years of work experience
  • Master’s degree will substitute for two (2) years of work experience
  • Up to two (2) years of clinical patient care and/or clinical research experience may substitute for up to two (2) years of information systems experience on a month-to-month basis
