We are searching for a Practice Manager -- someone who works well in a fast-paced setting. In this position, you will direct, supervise, and coordinate the overall operations of a practice as well as to advise, coach and mentor practice staff.

Responsibilities :

  • Monitors workflow and ensures adequate coverage of level 1 practice
  • Ensures staff compliance with policies and procedures and external regulatory agencies of level 1 practice
  • Completes all required in-services, i.e., Infection Control, OSHA, etc. within established timeframes
  • Monitors production and ensures proper utilization of appointment templates
  • Ensures patient balances are collected at time of service and payments are posted according to practice protocol
  • Coaches and counsels employees of level 1 practice
  • Conducts staff and provider meetings, on a scheduled basis, to address issues and provide updates
  • Responds to correspondence from ADRO/DRO in a timely manner
  • Assesses customer satisfaction surveys, plans strategy for improvement and implements


  • Being fully vaccinated against COVID-19 is required for all employees unless approved for a medical or religious exemption
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Practive Manager certification from the Practice Management Institute preferred
  • 1-year supervisory experience required
