We are searching for a Pathology Patient Care Technician I – someone who works well in a fast-paced hospital setting. In this position, you’ll perform phlebotomy for inpatients and outpatients, as well as order and process specimens in the laboratory.

Responsibilities :

  • Performs phlebotomy procedures
  • Communicates and interacts with patients, families and staff
  • Participates in continuing education
  • Performs other job-related functions




  • High school diploma or GEDA minimum of twelve (12) months phlebotomist experience is preferred
  • Knowledge of routine laboratory operations and medical terminology
  • Ability to operate a PC and general office equipment
  • Ability to use a centrifuge, pneumatic tube system, and sphygmomanometer
  • Demonstrates good phlebotomy and excellent customer service skills
