We are searching for a Team Lead, Pathology – someone who works well in a fast-paced hospital setting. In this position, you’ll assist the department with the supervision, coordination, planning, monitoring, and performance of specimen collection, order entry, processing, and other computer and clerical functions in Pathology.

Responsibilities :

  • Assists in supervising the performance of phlebotomy and order entry procedures
  • Liaises with medical and nursing staff; assists Admissions Department, Nursing and Medical Staff with documentation requirements
  • Operates as Quest Laboratories liaison
  • Monitors quality control and quality improvement
  • Trains and supervises training in specimen management section
  • Participates in the continuing education
  • Performs other essential job-related duties




  • High school diploma or GED
  • Three (3) years of experience in a clinical laboratory as a Phlebotomist or Processing technician and computer/order entry experience
  • Associate’s degree preferred
  • Previous supervisory experience preferred
  • PBT(ASCP) certification preferred
