We are searching for a Business Systems Analyst II – someone who works well in a fast-paced setting. In this position, you will manage all phases of a system optimization or upgrade project and provide production services that include recommending improvements to strategy, system usage, or process through the application of business and technology skill sets. You will review and analyze programming systems, including testing and documenting Epic applications. This person will consult with customers to identify current operation procedures and clarify program objectives. Additional responsibilities include workflow administration, data management and performance of minor modifications to the application.

Responsibilities :

  • Collaborates with internal core stakeholders to identify system issues and process needs
  • Ensures EMR and other systems are being optimized
  • Supports business/clinical operations and serves as liaison to I.S., supporting continued system maintenance and optimization
  • Works with I.S. and customers to perform functional configuration analysis for system implementations, on-going maintenance and other projects
  • Analyzes system problems and modifications
  • Coordinates training of systems




  • H.S. Diploma or GED required, Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Epic Cupid experience preferred
  • 7 years of experience in hospital information systems selection, implementation, and support
  • A Bachelor’s degree will substitute four (4) years of work experience and a Master’s degree will substitute for two (2) years of work experience
