Summary:

We are searching for a Plumber II — someone who works well in a fast-paced setting. In this position, you'll perform demand and scheduled preventive maintenance of the facility equipment to primarily include plumbing and associated systems in accordance with departmental, hospital, and regulatory agency codes.

Responsibilities :

  • Perform preventative maintenance and repairs for plumbing and associated systems and equipment to ensure a safe environment and operational reliability according to standards established by management team
  • Perform troubleshooting and problem-solving maintenance duties for plumbing and associated systems and equipment according to standards established by management team
  • Demonstrate technical knowledge depth for plumbing and associated systems according to standards established by management team
  • Demonstrate work product meets the expected criteria
  • Demonstrate accountability for customer service and professional behavior through personal work ethic and teamwork


Qualifications:

  • S. Diploma or GED
  • JRNYPLUM - Journeyman's License Plumbing or MASTPLUM - Master Plumber from the State of Texas
  • 5 years of experience as a plumbing service-related technician
  • Hospital experience, high-rise plumbing systems experience, and medical gas certification preferred
