We are searching for a Facilites and Construction Project Analyst- someone who will work with the Global HOPE Program. In this position, you’ll lead integrated, complex, or cross-departmental global projects and/or to manage the ongoing maintenance of a group of related activities. You will be formally responsible for providing input into policies associated with the job’s purpose and essential responsibilities and ensuring that policies are followed. You will also make routine decisions include addressing complex internal and external process issues through project facilitation.

Responsibilities :

  • Collaborates with director, manager , physician leadership and select internal / external stakeholders 
  • Collects baseline data to determine need for pediatric hematology oncology programs in other countries 
  • Maintains active working knowledge of in-county demands, needs, and environment to successfully place and manage programs, physicians and staff assignments and to proactively identify and address operation issues 
  • Establishes recruitment timeline, verifying funding streams, establishes needs, devises project plans and conducts work team meetings 
  • Manage projects as prioritized by leadership team; analyze project standards, methodologies, and impacts 
  • Formulates testing and piloting of new processes and systems 
  • Educates staff on department processes and departmental and hospital policies 
  • Work with departmental leadership to develop education for various national and international groups on services provided 
  • Coordinates activities and information dissemination with committees, department leadership, and other necessary participants 
  • Provides the goals, problems, and solutions of the designated committees to/with area leadership


  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, healthcare administration, nursing, or other related field 
  • Two (2) years of business, project, and/or healthcare experience 
  • Apply knowledge of current hospital and departmental practices 
  • Apply knowledge of computer systems, and Hospital standard software 
  • Familiar with data processing techniques and practices 
  • Contain a working knowledge of a variety of hardware and software environments 
  • Thorough knowledge of the healthcare industry and program 
  • Understand business practices within the global health environment
