We are searching for an Office 365 Tenant Architect/Engineer — someone who works well in a fast-paced setting. In this position you'll develop, analyze, and advise on Office 365 Tenant and Exchange.

Responsibilities :

  • Architect and provide senior administrative functions related to O365 and Exchange
  • Strong technical experience in DNS/DHCP, ADFS, and PKI
  • Ability to script utilizing PowerShell
  • Analyze and coordinate designing of new and existing applications and architectures
  • Appraise effectiveness of systems flow, data usage, and manual or automated processes to identify ineffectiveness or inefficiencies in the system
  • Identify alternate ways to utilize the application and technologies for project that are impacted by performance and business issues
  • Lead development and maintenance programming activities with management, other information services personnel, users, or vendors during all phases of the system life cycle
  • Develop system documentation and training
  • Provide emergency support for malfunctioning systems as required
  • Serve as Information Services department representative in meetings


  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree will substitute for four (4) years of work experience, a master’s degree will substitute for two (2) years of work experience
  • Ten (10) years of active directory design and implementation experience required
  • Project management or project leadership experience strongly preferred
