We are searching for an Investment Administration Director— someone who works well in a fast-paced setting. In this position, you'll direct and coordinate the administration and operational activities for the organization’s investment office. You’ll also be responsible for providing leadership, management, and the vision necessary to ensure proper operational controls. This position will also oversee administrative duties, reporting procedures, internal communications, and ensure systems are in place to effectively grow and administer the foundations and/or other investment plans. Experience working for an Investment Firm/Office is a must!

Responsibilities :

  • Direct the day to day financial and investment operations
  • Maintain an appropriate system of policies, internal controls, accounting standards, and written procedures
  • Manage process flow improvements, new initiatives, capital flow processes, and issue resolutions
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all investment administration matters with prospective and existing external investment managers
  • Provide in-house operational due diligence support as needed with investment managers
  • Work closely with the Human Resource department to ensure that all activities and operations are performed in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations, and laws governing business operations


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or related field is required
  • Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or related field preferred
  • Public Accountant or Chartered Financial Analyst certification preferred
  • 7 years of financial experience including, progressive leadership responsibilities, and supervisor accountability is required
