We are searching for a Donor Relations Advisor – someone who works well in a fast-paced setting, pays attention to detail and is well-organized. In this position, you’ll create opportunities for the Office of Philanthropy to better steward our donors and help engage them in strategic ways that increase donor retention.

Responsibilities :

  • Implement and maintain recognition program by working with Philanthropy Advisors in determining best recognition options for prospects/donors
  • Manage design, fabrication and installation of plaques and donor walls
  • Create and monitor recognition agreements for permissions to list names
  • Record and manage donor/prospect data, activity, management, and movement in the donor recognition and fundraising technology systems
  • Monitor and replenish donor gifts inventory
  • Implement services and strategies that improve the team’s ability to cultivate, solicit, and steward philanthropic gifts
  • Collaborate with and support Manager of Donor Relations on projects to feed the donor pipeline


  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2 years of fundraising experience preferred
  • Writing skills preferred
