We are searching for a Project Manager of Corporate Governance — someone who works well in a fast-paced setting. In this position, you'll be responsible for the organization and project management of broad-based department initiatives.

Responsibilities :

  • Serve as project manager for various multi-faceted strategic and business-related projects
  • Analyze project standards and methodologies and impacts
  • Prepare and analyze project metrics and assists in background research as needed
  • Serve as the representative as a participating member of designated committees and task forces

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, finance, business administration, biology, or other business, healthcare, or science field required
  • Four years of business, project, finance, or healthcare experience required
  • Master's degree can substitute for two years of experience
  • Must be able to interpret financial results, generate reports, identify market trends, and recommend courses of action to management
  • Must know computerized accounting systems, spreadsheets, and word processing software
