We are searching for a Contact Center Representative – someone who works well in a fast-paced setting. In this position, handle incoming requests from patients and physicians for various appointment scheduling needs. You will educate and communicate to patients or responsible parties arrival times, directions, how to cancel and reschedule appointments, out of network authorization requirements, referrals, authorization requirements, and all other necessary information to ensure a positive patient experience.

Responsibilities :

  • Answer inbound or make outbound calls to customers with queries in relation to their account, in a timely, efficient and professional manner
  • Accurately document all calls using the appropriate computer systems
  • Obtain and enter new or updates existing referring physician information in EMR
  • Schedule clinically pre-determined lab panels/diagnostic tests that are prerequisites for the requested services
  • Demonstrate self-initiated work behaviors


  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 2 years of contact center, customer service, or other experience in a health care setting is required
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
